No, this blog is not about what you think. Remember, this is a family-type blog. I'm talking about TV reception here.
Gary has been working long and hard trying to get some good TV reception on the TV in our RV. We can’t get channel 12 which is NBC nor can we get channel 7, which is PBS. Well, darn. We’ve bought a signal booster and a part for our antenna. He’s talked with Wineguard about these parts. He’s spent time tuning, boosting, selecting - well, you name it he’s spent time doing it.
Because our bedroom TV seemed to have better reception. we sat in the bedroom to watch Downton Abbey. During the program he got up and went into the living room to check on something. He turned the light on to see better and - I saw worse. Our picture disappeared. He turned the light back off - the picture reappeared. Turn the lights on and the picture breaks up. Turn them off and the picture is perfect.
All that work and all he needed to do was turn the lights out.
